    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien for taxes assessed by the City of Norton, Virginia against certain real property designated on the City's tax map as #17 & 18A PARK AVE., NE, Map No. 407-A-1, Tax ID No. 232N0552.
   An affidavit having been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the location of Cecil Elwood Dean and Nellie Marie Wireman, parties Defendant to be served, and that their addresses are unknown; that Cecil Elwood Dean and Nellie Marie Wireman are persons interested in the subject property because they are joint owners of the subject property; and, therefore, it is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that Cecil Elwood Dean and Nellie Marie Wireman must appear on or before the 5th day of June, 2026, and do whatever is necessary to protect their respective interests in said property, if any.
     It is FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to Va. Code Ann. § 8.01-317, as amended, that this Order of Publication be published once per week, for four successive weeks, in The Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Norton, Virginia, and that a copy be posted at the front door of the courthouse at Wise, Virginia.
