BOX 2007 PIKEVILLE KY 41502)  is applying for the transfer, assignment, or sale of the permit rights of (COKING COAL LLC 633 CALLAHAN AVENUE APPALACHIA VA 24216)   concerning Permit No.      1202390 located in WISE   County,  0.5 miles NW of Roda on Mud Lick Creek (NORTH-3541390 EAST-10216083)      as provided by 4 VAC 25-130-774.17 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations. 

    Any person with a valid legal interest which might be adversely affected by this application to transfer, assign, or sell the permit rights of the aforementioned permit, may within 30 days of publication of this ad, submit written comments concerning the application to the Mined Land Repurposing Program. A copy of the application materials is available electronically for public inspection at
