SERNETTA LEE ROSE

Sernetta Lee Rose, affectionately known as Lee to her friends and family, passed away suddenly on December 23, 2025, in Norton, VA, at the age of 63. Born on October 3, 1962, in Loudoun County, VA, Lee was a beacon of warmth and love to all who knew her. 

Lee dedicated her professional life to being al transport driver, a job that she performed with great care and dedication. Her work not only showcased her reliability and strong work ethic but also her love for the open road and the sense of freedom it gave her. Lee loved to cook and bake for her family, watch the "Price is Right" and "Wheel of Fortune". 

Lee was preceded in death by her parents, Ted Wise Rose and Maxine C. (Hindman) Rose, and her siblings, Catherine "Faye" Bond, Nita Rose, Pat Costello, and Larry Costello. 

Her memory will be forever cherished by her children, Robert Rose, Wesley Hutchins and his wife Amanda, and Kimberly Rose, as well as her grandson, Alexander Hutchins her siblings, Ted Max Rose and his wife Janine, Gay Smith, Jo Hamilton, Wayne Rose, Jimmy Rose, and a host of nieces, nephews, close relatives, and friends who will miss her dearly. 

As we say goodbye to Sernetta Lee Rose, we celebrate a life lived with immense love and joy. Her legacy of warmth, care, and affection will live on through the many lives she touched.
