Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc. of PO Box 157, Bardstown, KY 40004 is applying to the Virginia Mined Land Repurposing Program for a Renewal of PERMIT No. 1701819, to continue the operations at the following location.

Roda Complex is located in Wise County 5 miles north of Appalachia on McHenry Fork, on the 7.5-minute quadrangle of Appalachia, at Northing of 3540507.12 and Easting of 10216913.20. There are no discharge points associated with this permit. No new discharge points are being added in this renewal. The Renewal Map for Application No. 1011758, showing the permit area and the discharge points, is attached in Section 21.2 of the application.

Any person with a valid legal interest which might be adversely affected by this proposal, or an officer or head of any federal, state or local government agency or authority, may within 30 days of January 9, 2026 submit written comments or objections concerning this application, and may also request, in writing, that the Mined Land Repurposing Program hold an Informal Conference concerning this application.
