HEARING - Wise County Planning Commission

NOTICE OF 

PUBLIC HEARING

    The Wise County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the Education Center at the Wise County School Board on Lake Street in Wise. The Planning Commission will review and hear public comments for:

    Case #25-09 – Request by Jahmal Potter to rezone Parcel #036065 from a B-2 District to an A-RR District to allow for the placement of a residential structure.

   Case #25-10 – Consideration of amendments to the Wise County Zoning Ordinance and the Wise County Subdivision Ordinance.

    The public is invited to attend and speak in favor of or opposition to these requests. Full case details are available for review in the Office of the Zoning Administrator at the Wise County Courthouse.
