ORDER OF PUBLICATION

     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 011358

     All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in  the Stephens Section, Gladeville Magisterial District of Wise County, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

    BEGINNING at an iron pin in the western right-of-way of State Route number 625 and being a common corner now or formerly of David Addington (DB 763, Page 503); thence with said right-of-way, S. 30 04 00 W. 150.85 feet to a point, said point is located, 0.58 feet southwest of a southeast corner of a foundation, a common corner now or formerly of William Baldwin (DB 526, Page 584); thence leaving said right-of-way and with Baldwin, N. 64 27 38 W. 257.74 feet to an iron pin in the southern edge of a 20 foot wide alley; thence with said alley, two (2) calls, N. 62 46 00 E. 83.26 feet; thence N. 37 12 00 E. 75.77 feet to an iron pin, a common corner to aforesaid Addington; thence leaving said alley and with said Addington, S. 67 14 00 E. 204.20 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 0.735 acre as shown on a survey prepared by Joseph Barger, dated August 19, 1997 reference to which survey is hereby made.

    And being the same real property conveyed to Roy Mickles and Geneva Mickles, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, from Roger R. Diets and Stella Diets, by Deed dated August 26, 1997 and recorded August 28, 1997 among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 855 at Page 505.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 704 at Page 101, Instrument Number 201302783.

    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Barbara W. Clarke, Trustee, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before January 16, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
