   (CUMBERLAND COAL CORPORATION P.O. BOX 2007 PIKEVILLE KY 41502) is applying for the transfer, assignment, or sale of the permit rights of   (INMET MINING LLC 144 EAST MARKET PLACE BOULEVARD KNOXVILLE TN. 37922)   concerning Permit No. 1202326  located in WISE COUNTY WEST OF OSAKA ON MUD LICK CREEK. (NORTH-3532515 EAST-10220783) as provided by 4 VAC 25-130-774.17 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations. 

   Any person with a valid legal interest which might be adversely affected by this application to transfer, assign, or sell the permit rights of the aforementioned permit, may within 30 days of 10/21/2025 submit written comments concerning the application to the Mined Land Repurposing Program. A copy of the application materials is available electronically for public inspection at
