PUBLIC NOTICE

    On January 1, 2026, Sentara Health Plans will no longer offer the following Medicare Advantage plans: Sentara Medicare Value (HMO), Sentara Medicare Prime (HMO), Sentara Medicare Salute (HMO), Sentara Medicare Engage – Diabetes and Heart (HMO C-SNP), Sentara Medicare Engage – Lung (HMO C-SNP).

     If you are a member of any Sentara Medicare Advantage plans, you can review your options for Medicare coverage and decide which is best for you. You can visit medicare.gov or refer to your Medicare & You handbook for a list of Medicare health and prescription drug plans in your area.
