    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

   All those certain lots, pieces, or parcels of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the Town of Appalachia, Richmond Magisterial District, Wise County, Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

    BEGINNING at a stake in the right of way of the Interstate Railroad Company, a corner to the lot now or formerly owned by O.B. Cornetts, and running with the Northwest line of the said O.B. Cornetts lot, 270 ft. to a stake; (thence in a Southwest course); thence in a Northwest course; and parallel to the first line, 270 ft to a stake; thence parallel with the Interstate Railroad Company right of way, 50 ft. to the BEGINNING, being Lots No. 13 and 14.

     And being Tract No. 1 conveyed to Hadley R. Bozzell and Charlotte Bozzell, his wife, as tenants by the entireties with right of survivorship, from George W. Bozzell by Deed of Gift dated September 17, 1996 and recorded September 17, 1997 among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 832 at Page 742.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 175 at Page 584.

   All those certain lots, pieces, or parcels of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the Town of Appalachia, Richmond Magisterial District, Wise County, Virginia, 11-12 SHA, Tax Map Number 104A5 (08) 011-12, Account 018777.

   And being the same real property conveyed to Hadley R. Bozzell and Charlotte O. Bozzell, his wife, as tenants by the entireties from Lawrence Douglas Wilder, Esquire, Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, by Deed dated May 19, 1993 and recorded May 24, 1993 among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 753 at Page 053.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Instrument Number 201405031.

   All those certain lots, pieces, or parcels of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the Town of Appalachia, Richmond Magisterial District, Wise County, Virginia, being located near Rockland Road, known as Tax Map Number 104A5 (07) 006 011.

    And being a portion of the real property conveyed to Hadley R. Bozzell and Charlotte O. Bozzell as tenants by the entirety with right of survivorship, from George W. Bozzell, by Deed of Gift dated September 17, 1996 and recorded September 17, 1997 among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 832 at Page 742.

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

     IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Hadley R. Bozzell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 3814 Rockland Road, Appalachia, Virginia  24216; Charlotte Bozzell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 3814 Rockland Road, Appalachia, Virginia  24216; Mitchell Litton, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mike Daniels, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Crystal D. Rollins, whose last known address is 3814 Rockland Road, Appalachia, Virginia  24216; Rebecca Ann Davis, whose last known address is unknown; George W. Bozzell, whose last known address is 23141 Kestrel Drive, Bristol, Virginia  24202; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

    ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 10, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
