The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a petition against you seeking to terminate forever your parental rights to M.M.H. (d.o.b. 5-13-2020). It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to appear in the Juvenile Court of Greene County, Tennessee at Greeneville, Tennessee on the 14th day of October, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock A.M. to personally answer the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights. Failing to appear for the hearing on this date and time, without good cause, pursuant to T.C.A. 37-1-117(n) and Rule 55 of the Tenn. R. Juv. P. will result in the loss of your right to contest the petition to terminate your parental rights to the child(ren) listed above. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office, Greeneville, Tennessee.
