     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 076 ( ) 176

Account No. 015140

   All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying, and being in the Richmond Magisterial District, Wise County, Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:

   Beginning on a nail in the center of a black oak stump, at the south side of a spur, and in the division line between Tract No. 4 and Tract No. 5, a corner of the tract of land now or formerly owned by Jessee; thence, with lines of the same on the left S 56° 11’ W 193.5 feet to a stake at the north side of a seven inch maple (blazed) and a forked dogwood on the spur; thence S 78° 45’ W 193.2 feet to a stake on the spur; thence S 49° 50’ W 217.7 feet to a stake in the east line of the road right-of-way; thence leaving the said Jessee tract and with said road line, N 69° 57’ W 44.0 feet to a stake; thence N 47° 57’ W 41.0 feet to a stake, a corner of the tract of land now or formerly owned by John Durham; thence with line of the same on the left, N 51° 50’ E 617.0 feet to a stake on a spur, and in the division line between Tract No. 4 and Tract No. 5; thence with said line S 38° 10’ E 173.0 feet to the beginning, containing 1.60 acres, more or less, as per survey by E.E. Kennedy.

    And being the same property conveyed to Lillian Durham from John Adell Durham by Deed dated March 3, 1956, and recorded May 1, 1956, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 330, at Page 378.

   This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

     IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Lillian Durham, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; William H. Moore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Billy J. Moore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; John A. Moore, whose last known address is unknown; Saundra D. Hall, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 25 Bob White Drive, Seco, Kentucky  41849; Eddie W. Moore, whose last known address is unknown; Martha A. Smith, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 3310 Palmerston Avenue, Dayton, Ohio  45417; Connie E. Sullivan, whose last known address is 813 Main Avenue W, Big Stone Gap, Virginia  24219; Brian K. Dinsmore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Maurice L. Dinsmore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Johnny A. Durham, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 898 Lismore Drive, Columbus, Georgia  31904; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 22, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
