ANNA-MARIA DELMARTHEMARNOR COLLINS

Anna-Maria Delmarthemarnor Collins, age 56, of Homosassa, Florida, died September 30, 2022 in Brooksville, FL.
Anna-Maria was born October 19, 1965 in Fort Belvoir, VA, daughter of Sfc Joe and Norma (Fogelman) Gill.
Anna-Maria had a bachelor’s degree in business and public administration with a concentration in Political Science and a minor in economics from the University of Virginia. She enjoyed the beach, kayaking, and singing about the Lord.

She had a great love for her family, especially her grandkids. She was teaching Spanish to her grandchildren and was getting ready to teach them how to play the violin. Anna-Maria was in orchestra for many years, and she also took 8 years of Spanish. She often ministered to the homeless, as evangelism was very important to her.

Anna-Maria was preceded in death by father, Joe Gill, brother, Larry Lynn Gill, and sister, Gloria Denise Gill. 

Survivors include mother, Norma J. Gill, son, John Collins and wife Tabitha, daughter,  Gloriana Crain and husband Izaiah, three grandchildren, Annbrielle Rose, Aurora Sapphire, and Izaiah Matthew all of Homosassa, Fl , her beloved pets, Swizzle, Molly, and Harley, lifelong friend, Krystal Smith of Port Richey, Fl, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in the United States and Spain.

The Service of Remembrance for Anna-Maria Delmarthemarnor Collins was held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 11 at the Homosassa Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes with Pastor Zeb McDaris officiating. A graveside service followed at Fountains Memorial Park, Homosassa, Florida. The family received friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at the Homosassa Chapel.
