DONNA FRYE

Donna Kay Frye, 69, of Norton, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, after a long hard battle with heart and lung disease.

Donna was born on June 5, 1953, and was a lifelong resident of Norton. She was the daughter of the late James M. Frazier and Corine B. Frazier. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Frazier, and her sister, Sandra Frazier Collier.

She is survived by her son, Dustin Couch of Norton, Virginia; brother, Gary Frazier (Connie) of Lady Lake, FL; sisters, Rebecca Hall of Norton, Betty Wilson (Scott) of Castle Rock, CO; granddaughter Abigail Couch; and many nieces and nephews.

God gave Donna a compassionate and caring heart. She loved her family and friends, and always looked out for everyone. She was kind and generous, and always put other’s needs before her own. Even in her last days, she was worried about everyone else. Donna will be missed every day, but now her heart can rest in peace.

While the family would have loved to hold a memorial service in Donna’s name, she requested no services take place. She was humble in life and wanted to remain humble in death. If you would like to honor her legacy, please consider donating to your local food bank or helping someone in need.
