JIMMIE (J.J.) JOHNSON

Beloved Jimmie (J.J.) Johnson, 83, of Wise, left this earth on Monday, September 26, 2022 at the Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, TN.

Jimmie was a hardworking man that earned the love and respect he was given with his big heart and wise words. Jimmie was the founder and owner of Lake Street Mobile Home Park and a brother of the Wise Masonic Hoge Lodge No.8 AF&AM and the Wise County Shrine Club for over 50 years

Jimmie is survived by his beautiful wife, Sharon “Shady” Johnson of 60 years of marriage; his two amazing daughters, Rhonda Couch and husband Pat and Jenifer Carroll and husband Brian; his cherished granddaughter, Maddison Morris and husband Lee.

Jimmie’s life and the lives that he touched will be remembered by his family on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. till 2:00 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA. Masonic services will be held at 2:00 P.M. in the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel, Wise, VA. Burial will follow in the Wise Cemetery, Wise, VA.
