RICHARD FARQUER JR.

Richard Earl Farquer Jr., 54, of Wise, passed away Friday, August 12, 2022, at the home of his sister.

He was born on January 29, 1968, in Greenfield, Indiana, to the late Richard Earl Farquer Sr. and Sandra Cook Evans, IN addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Farquer and a nephew, David Turnbill.

Richard was a 1986 graduate of Greenfield Central High School in Greenfield, Indiana. He was employed at Norrisbuilt Fabrication and previously employed at AireServe and Seaburg Plumbing and Heating. He was an excellent HVAC installer and technician.

Prior to moving to Wise, Richard made his home in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, where he enjoyed fishing in the many lakes near his home.

Survivors include his sisters, Christina Turnbill (Bruce) of Wise, Anita Medlin of Greenfield, Ind.; nephews, Joshua Turnbill (Anyssa) and Joel Turnbill (Kimberly), a niece, Krista Foor; great nieces, Charlotte Steele and Savanna Bose; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be conducted 2 pm Sunday, September 18 at Norton Christian Church in Norton.
