GREGORY WAYNE OSBORNE

Gregory Wayne Osborne, 60, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away Thursday February 17, 2022 at his residence.

Greg was of the Episcopalian faith. He was raised in Coeburn, VA. Greg graduated Coeburn High School in 1980. He had lived in Florida for the last 28 years. Greg worked for Piper Aircraft for over 20 years as a maintenance inspector until his retirement in 2019.

Greg loved living at the beach and long walks on the sand. He loved the ocean and the sunshine. Greg loved shopping, especially for clothes and shoes. Greg was very organized, he kept everything neatly in its place. He was an avid Cher fan. He loved her music.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Margie (Chaffin) Osborne; and an infant sister.

Greg is survived by his brother Brian Osborne and wife Margaret of Pound; a special niece Brianna Osborne of Louisville, KY; his former coworkers; his neighbors; and a host of friends and loved ones.

Memorial services will be conducted at 7:00 pm Thursday March 3 in the Baker Funeral Home chapel with Elder Stacy Potter and Pastor Hollis Bevins officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until time of services.
