NORMA GRAY LONG MULLINS

Norma Gray Long Mullins, 87, of Clintwood, peacefully entered eternity with her family by her side on Sunday, November 7, 2021.
She was a loving wife, mother, proud grandmother and great-grandmother who lived her life for her family. A pillar of the community, she was a devout Christian and lifelong member of Clintwood Baptist Church, where she served in many capacities. She worked as a teacher’s aide for over 20 years at Longs Fork and Clintwood Elementary Schools. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, 10 siblings and first husband, Jack R. Hamilton.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Earl G. Mullins; daughters, Margo (Bill) Stanley and Jody Hay of Clintwood; Jane Hamilton; Jill Mullins of Wise and Lola (Pat) Rakes of Mt. Carmel, Tenn.; sons, Jack Hamilton, II of Dublin, Va. and Adam (Renee) Mullins of Johnson City, Tenn.; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; a host of other special friends and family who celebrate her life.

The family would like to express gratitude to Rhonda White and the staff of Home Nursing Hospice who gave exceptional care in her final days.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 10, 7 pm at the Clintwood Baptist Church with Pastor Joe Hutchinson officiating. Visitation was from 5 pm until time of service. Burial was in Phipps Memorial Cemetery for graveside services. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
