JOYCE ANITA MULLINS

Joyce Anita Mullins, age 68, entered her heavenly home surrounded by loved ones on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 39 years, Darrell Wayne Mullins; their infant daughter Madonna L. Mullins; her parents William Jess Adkins and Mary Hale Adkins; brothers Thomas Adkins, Johnny Adkins, Jesse Adkins; sisters Janice Mullins, Loretta Jenkins, and Martha Stapleton.

She is survived by her loving husband Mack Reed of Coeburn; son Clifton Mullins and wife Jennifer of Clintwood; daughter Charman Lee and husband Roggie of Clintwood; step-son Tony Wallace of Coeburn; brothers David Adkins and wife Cathy of Coeburn, Mark Adkins and wife Brenda of Coeburn; sisters Judy Yates of Coeburn; Kathy Plaster of Coeburn; Ruth Hamm and husband Winfred of Coeburn; Melissa Culbertson of Norton; granddaughters Victoria Edwards and husband Anthony of Haysi, Kaylee Steffey and husband Ben of Clintwood, Morgan Mullins of Clintwood; grandsons Zachary Lee and wife Beth of Cottondale, AL, Daniel Lee of Clintwood, Jordan Lee of Clintwood, Dawson Mullins of Clintwood; great-grandchildren Santanna Edwards, Lacey Edwards, Adley Winters,Jackson McConnell, Kambree Lee, Maverick Lee, Paisley Lee, and John Lee; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and surrogate grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Roggie Lee, Clifton Mullins, Daniel Lee,Jordan Lee,Anthony Edwards, and Mack Reed. Honorary pallbearers are Cody Adams, Austin Mullins, Cody Mullins, Chris Mullins, Kasey Wagner, and Zachary Lee Joyce was a devout Christian and lifelong resident of Dickenson and Wise counties. She loved reading her bible, attending church, traveling (especially to the beach), being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 5:00 P.M.until 7:00 P.M. prior to the funeral at Estes Funeral Home Chapel in Coeburn, VA

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel in Coeburn, VA with Rev. Mike Lawson and Rev. David Hall officiating.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 5:00 P.M.until 7:00 P.M. prior to the funeral at Estes Funeral Home Chapel in Coeburn, VA

The funeral procession to the graveside service will depart from Estes Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 23, 2021. Burial will follow at the Mullins Family Cemetery at 942 Darrells Drive,Clintwood, VA 24228
