PATRICIA FAY O’NEILL

Patricia Fay O’Neill was born in New York, NY on December 6, 1949 to James and Faye O’Neill.

She passed away on May 12, 2021 in Springfield Missouri after a battle with cancer.

Rishia as she was affectionally known to her friends and family worked as a Respiratory Therapist at both Park Avenue Hospital and Norton Community Hospital for many years.

Rishia was an avid reader, writer, researcher and animal lover.

She is survived by her son, Jonathan Galbraith of Springfield, MO.

Her brother Rick O’Neill and his family of San Francisco, CA

Her three granddaughters, Jessimen Galbraith, Kaylee Galbraith and Jacki Galbraith.
Her great-grand children Jayden, James, Jesse and Asher.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jesse Galbraith.

Her wishes were to be cremated.
We will miss you. You left a lasting impression to everyone that loved you.
