City school board gets virus report
February 12, 2021
Three Norton public school students tested positive for COVID-19 in January.
According to the monthly report that school nurse Jennifer Hughes presented to the school board Feb. 3, there were also 25 people quarantined for firsthand exposure outside of the school buildings.
There were no students or faculty with high temperature readings and no students placed in the isolation room. There was also no report of any staff testing positive for the virus.
A healthy Wise County requires great community news.
