New outbreak data dashboard debuts

The Virginia Department of Health has launched a new COVID-19 outbreak data dashboard in response to state emergency legislation.

The dashboard includes outbreaks in medical care facilities, state-licensed residential or day programs, summer camps and K-12 schools.

Previously, outbreaks in long-term care facilities and K-12 schools had been displayed in separate public dashboards, but they are now merged into the new one.
