Lions Club contest winner

Layne Short, a sixth grader at J.W. Adams Combined School, has received an award from Charlene Shortt, President of Pound Lions Club, for his  winning entry in Lions Club International’s 2019 Peace Poster Contest.  The theme was ‘Journey to Peace.’  Layne won first place in both local and regional competition.
