Last weekend, young men and women from Girl Scout Troops 188 and 389, Boy Scout Troop 630 and Cub Scout Pack 603 celebrated Veteran's Day in the third annual Celebration of Heroes.
More than 100 Scouts, along with a collection of veterans, first responders, friends, and family, gathered to honor the selfless spirit of the many heroes who live in our region.
The Celebration of Heroes, along with the Fires on 58 events in Coeburn and Big Stone Gap, continue the Scouting tradition of honoring veterans who call Wise County home.
A healthy Wise County requires great community news.
