Central’s Brittany Barns gains rocketry certification

Wise County’s Sky Tech Aerospace & Rocketry (STAR) team co-captain Brittany Barns, 18, a Central High School senior completed National Association Rocketry Level-2 certification. She is the first team member to advance from Junior Level-1 to Level-2 certification.
