Appalachia recognizes recent businesses

The Appalachia Business Association recognized several businesses that have opened recently at its meeting last Thursday. Seated are Ashley Reynolds, second from left, of Second Time Around (with younger sister Autumn Varner); Nancy Hunter of Nancy's Place; and Jamey Hatfield of Better Air Heating and Cooling. Standing from left are Mayor Jay Swiney, Town Manager Fred Luntsford, and ABA President Louise Henegar. The business association also recognized the Scotchman convenience store and Lemuel Wells' Classic Car Care.
