The Regional Adult Education Program of Lee, Scott, Wise and Norton has given the 2012 Partner Award to Lisa Butcher, retired dean of Student Services at Mountain Empire Community College, and Dan Nicholas, re-employment specialist at the Virginia Employment Commission Norton Office.
