Mountain Empire Older Citizens, Inc. was pleased to receive a generous donation from the Auxiliary of Mountain View Regional Medical Center recently. These much needed funds will assist the Southwest Virginia Children’s Advocacy Center in meeting their goal of raising $25,000 in funds to meet a Challenge Grant issued by the Julie Christopher and Marge Connelly Foundation.
