Despite her diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis, you won't hear Annetta Whitt complaining. She believes she is blessed to have survived her disease so long, when many with the genetic disease die in their 20s. She vows to savor each day she is given. Her treatment regime includes several medications and a special vest that applies pressure and shakes her to loosen mucus in her lungs. SUBMITTED PHOTO.
