The Heaters Baseball 10-U team completed their season last weekend by winning the BPA Summer Grand Slam Championship over the Avoca All-Stars, of Bristol, with a 7-5 win. The Heaters won 23 games this season which included four tournament championships and nine championship game appearances. The club finished the season as the number 1 ranked BPA 10-U team in the state of Virginia.
