Sugar Hill Cidery co-owner Jennifer Bailey cut the ribbon Wednesday morning to celebrate the new business’ grand opening, as co-owner Greg Bailey and local officials watched. The downtown Norton establishment held a ‘soft’ opening last week and has drawn big crowds since then.
