In Home Care’s second annual Pink Party was held Thursday, Oct. 16 at Wise Baptist Church. The purpose of our Pink Party is to honor and celebrate breast cancer survivors in our community. The evening consists of food, fellowship, an educational presentation by Oncology Nurse Practicioner, Kelly Mayden, and lots of gifts. Over 40 local businesses generously donate gifts for the survivors, ensuring that each lady leaves with something special. This year we had 60 attendees, including 26 breast cancer survivors.
