The monthly rook tournament sponsored by SCIA, Inc. was held Saturday night, Oct. 25, at the Stickleyville Community Center, with the following players taking top honors: first place - Danny Scott of Big Stone Gap and Carson Stratton of Norton; second place - Donald Rhoton of Duffield and Ronnie Snodgrass of Blountville, and third place - Travis Bowen of Duffield and Carl Flanary of Dryden.The November rook tournament will be held Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy a night of wholesome fun and great companionship.
