Dylan Martin, a student at Lion & Lamb Karate Kids in Big Stone Gap, was honored a Black Belt Ceremony at the school on May 26. Martin recently completed the required testing and was officially promoted to the rank of Shodan, or First Degree Black Belt, in the Heion Shin Budo system.
