The Heaters Baseball Club 11-u team claimed the BPA Virginia State Tournament championship Sunday. The club finished the weekend with a perfect 4-0 record. The Heaters defeated the Northfork Riverdogs in the state championship game 10-3. For the season the Heaters finished 27-9 (.750) winning their final nine games and winning 11 of their last 12. The Heaters also finish the season as the overall East Tennessee BPA Champions.
