Don Amburgey had his sites set on the tunnel a decade ago when he launched the effort to develop the 'Little Shepherd of Kingdom Come' outdoor drama. The company that donated the land promised to give them the tunnel, too, depending on how the drama project progressed. They've been staging shows since 2005.
