One of the gardens at the Southwest Virginia Cancer Center in Norton is an ongoing project for the Town and Country Garden Club. Several members worked again last fall to plant perennials and bulbs at the garden. Under the direction of landscape architect Trevor Curtis, perennials which would produce color, nectar and pollen were planted in hopes of attracting butterflies, bees and birds.
