Kaitlyn Baker, from Pound was named among “Top 10 Country Artists to Watch” by The Huffington Post. The 22 year old singer/songwriter has been making waves in Nashville since her ballad “Coal Train” was included in the 2015 ACM Awards ZinePak, a star studded album released by the Academy of Country Music at stores nationwide. Her beautiful “Heart of Appalachia” is the official theme song for tourism in SW Virginia. Meanwhile, her soon to be released EP, “Blackbird,” is an uplifting tribute to the late Thomas Estep, her guitarist from Wise, who was tragically killed in an automobile accident last January, by drunk driver. Kaitlyn will close the show Saturday at Big Glades at 5 p.m.
