Success breeds success: Donor helps Pound improvements

A native of Shockey Hollow in Pound, Anna Buchanan Milburn donated thousands in support of ongoing improvements in her hometown, giving in memory of her parents, Homer ‘Buck’ and Dollie Buchanan. The memorial sign is posted next to the refurbished foot bridge erected years ago to assist blind Pound businessman Farley Bolling.
