Students in the Gifted and Talented program at Coeburn Primary School were asked to choose a book and create a reading board based on their choice. Third grade teacher Missy Pannell, who also is the program art coordinator, said they did a fantastic job. Students chosen as having done best on the project joined Pannell to share their accomplishment with the Wise County School Board Tuesday night.
