Coeburn hosts 321 special needs celebration

Local law enforcement officers and others parade through Coeburn’s Ringley Park during the annual 321 Day celebration. The event is typically held on March 21, World Down Syndrome Day, representing three copies of the 21st chromosome. But the region was hit by heavy snow in March. This year’s event took place April 21.
