Scholastic Bowl champs

Coach Rodney Davis described this group of L.F. Addington Middle School Scholastic Bowl champs as ‘one of the most talented group of scholars I've ever had the privilege of coaching’ when they were recognized by Wise County School Board on May 8. They were crowned champs after competition on May 4. Team members included Colton Arney, Seth Boggs, Gavin Collins, Mason Anderson, Derek Damron, Mya Jones, Madalynne Marcum, Braeden Mullins, Aaron Salyers, Krissy Varner, Emilee Williams and Ashar Khan, named the most valuable player of the year. Team members present that night are flanked by Superintendent Greg Mullins, at far left, and Coach Davis and Principal Greg Jessee at right.
