Old Indian Creek Road in Pound, which had collapsed under heavy rains in February, reopened Saturday, April 28. A Virginia Department of Transportation spokesperson said Glass Machinery performed the initial work, and then GSI came in to complete the soil-nail launching and build the wall. VDOT said guardrail will be installed at this site in the next month or so.
