Meet your Mr. Southwest Virginia contestant, Samuel Wingate. Samuel is one year old and he is a beautiful, fun loving soul. He is enrolled in the Wise County Public Library’s Little Pines Program and also Kids Central Home Based Head-start in Norton,Virginia.
