This was the slide I traded away to someone over 50 years ago, only to win it back on an eBay auction recently. I was looking out the cab door on Southern No. 3155 on an eastbound “Yuma Turn.” One hundred and sixty feet above the waters of Copper Creek, a southbound Clinchfield coal train from Dante to Erwin, Tennessee rumbles across the big bridge.
