Norton man charged in Lee County murder

Police interviewed this man last Wednesday at Norton’s Hawthorne Acres public housing complex in connection with the Pennington Gap murder, but made no arrest at that time. People at the scene identified him as Tylor Smith, who was arrested Aug. 31.
