The day after Americans celebrated Labor Day, it seemed fitting to feature an image of Norton workers laboring. Friday, they were smoothing out freshly poured sidewalk near the intersection of Park Avenue and 11th Street NW. Stretched across the sidewalk is David Mullins. Waving in the background is Mike Martin, and standing beside him is Sam Pugh. Standing in the gray shirt is Dale McFall. Wearing the orange shirt is community service worker Kevin Cooper.
