Driver faces dozens of charges after high-speed chase

Numerous officers from the Wise County Sheriff's Office, the town of Wise and Virginia State Police were gathered around noon in the blocked northbound U.S. 23 lanes at Glamorgan after police stopped a vehicle allegedly stolen in Kentucky.
