DONNA SUE OSBORNE DAVIDSON

Donna Sue Osborne Davidson, 60, of Pound, passed away at her home on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 after a long battle with cancer.

She retired from the Wise County Social Services as an eligibility worker. Donna loved life in general and especially traveling and gardening. She had a special affection for all animals including her pets. Because of her good nature and warm smile she was beloved by many.

She is survived by her husband and friend of 35 years, Roy Davidson; son, Jimmy Osborne and fiancé Hope Little of Johnson City, TN; daughter, Jessica Osborne and fiancé Jeremy Jones of Pound; grandson, Devin Osborne; parents, Barbara and Everett Rutherford of Pound; sisters, Jennifer Hall and Lisa Griggs both of Pound; niece, Stephanie Hall of Pound; three nephews, Christopher Boggs, Brandon Boggs and Logan Hall all of Pound; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Donna Sue Osborne Davidson were conducted at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, at the Sturgill Funeral Home chapel in Wise with Rev. Clifton Cauthorne officiating. Family received friends from 6 p.m. until time of services. Graveside committal services and burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13 in the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens in Big Stone Gap.
