Railey Taylor, center, received a birthday surprise Wednesday during the District 13 Little League All-Star tournament. Taylor, who celebrated his 77th birthday at Norton’s J.T. Caruso Field, has umpired Little League baseball for nearly four decades. Spectators at the tournament serenaded Taylor, of Lee County, with the Happy Birthday song, while Norton Little League President Ray Thacker presented Taylor with a present.Click Hereto order photo reprints
