Bridge work detours won't be as long

This Virginia Department of Transportation map shows the detour route that small vehicles will use when a Business 23 bridge is closed during the summer of 2012 for one to two months. While cars and small trucks will have access to Norton's West Main Avenue, large trucks will be forced to travel on U.S. 23 through Powell Valley.
